Wes Aarum
As Founder & President of Circle 'C' Ranch, Wes Aarum extends a personal
invitation to visit this very special camp. Mr. Aarum was born and reared in
Buffalo, N.Y. He was converted to Christ as a teenager. After graduating from
high school he went on to further his education, graduating from Bible School;
University; and Seminary and holds degrees in both Music and Theology. He was
ordained to the ministry under the Gospel Fellowship Association.
Mr. Aarum spent one year as a Youth Pastor; two years as a Pastor and 12 years in Youth For Christ, the last 7 of these were as the President of Canadian Youth For Christ. While in YFC he spent 6 months as the music director for Leighton Ford, Billy Graham's brother-in-law.
In 1968 Mr. Aarum left Canada with his wife and two sons, to come back to the states to start the Circle 'C' Ranch. Since that time both of his sons have graduated from Grand Rapids Baptist College (Cornerstone University) and are full time in the Lord's service working with young people in churches and at the Circle 'C' Ranch.

Marge Aarum
Wes' wife Marge, is a very important part of this ministry. She was born on a farm, at home, with her twin sister in a little town called Shakleyville in Pennsylvania. She was converted to Christ in her early teens and felt led to follow a career in nursing. She left home to train at the Deaconess Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y.
She graduated with her R.N. in 1952. That same year she met Wes who was visiting the hospital as part of his duties as a Youth Pastor. After a few dates they both began to realize that this could be of God. Marge felt that she needed Bible training if she was going to marry a preacher. She enrolled in Buffalo Bible Institute and three years later graduated.
The planned summer marriage had to be postponed because of the death of Wes' father. However, on January 1, 1957 Wes & Marge became one. They traveled all over the country in evangelism and in 1960, while living in Calgary, Alberta - Canada, Wesley Thomas was born. Two years later they moved to Toronto where in 1966 Wayne Steven came into the world.
The family moved to the states in 1968 to start Circle 'C' Ranch. Marge is the Office Manager, cooks for Snow Camp, teaches CPR & First Aid and teaches a ladies Bible class twice a month. As Wes has said many times, "I couldn't have a better help-mate. Her love for the Lord and her family is outstanding. She is truly a role model of what a Godly wife and mother should be."
Thousands of young people have had their lives changed through Circle 'C' Ranch over the years. The Gospel of Christ is preached and the response is thrilling to see. Every year we have hundreds of young people accepting Christ into their lives at this camp. The Chapel services are exciting in every way and are geared for the young people. We've had so many say the Chapels are the best part of camp. This is Circle 'C' Ranch in action!
