The Circle C Story
Nestled in the hills of beautiful New York State is this
most unique camp called Circle C Ranch. It has all the glamour and mystique
of the Old West complete with buildings and boardwalks that remind you
of the 1800's. Circle C stands for "Christ Centered" and the
purpose of the camp since its inception in 1968 continues to be the driving
force behind all that happens here: to win young people to Christ and
to teach them how to lead their friends to the Lord.
The summer program starts every Monday when campers arrive for registration
and are treated to an exciting shoot-out as the Old West comes to life
on the Main Street of Circle C. The week is jam-packed with just about
every activity you can imagine because one of the goals at the Ranch is
to give every camper one of the best weeks of his or her life. This is
also why we strive to make our daily chapel programs both fun and spiritually
dynamic. We want each camper to walk away from a week at Circle C having
had a great time and, most importantly, having encountered Jesus Christ
in a meaningful way. Each week concludes on Saturday morning with a
closing rally in our Chapel for all to enjoy. The campers then pack up, say their good-byes,
and head for home.
We believe strongly that it is the Staff that helps make Circle C Ranch
such an exciting place. So we are looking for the Right people to be a
part of our Awesome Summer Staff. YOU just might be that person!
To reach young people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to encourage godliness in their lives, and to send them out as equipped witnesses for His Kingdom. All of this happens within the context of a fun, exciting, and meaningful camping experience fueled by a committed godly staff.

that THE STAFF MAKES THE CAMP. Therefore, we strive to be on the upper
end of the pay scale for our industry. PLUS, all of your room and board
is included on top of your salary. Being able to take home most of your
summer earnings is one benefit many of our employees are truly thankful

If you'd like to be a part of our Awesome Summer Staff, just call, write, or E-mail us your request for an Application Packet. All applications are due no later than APRIL 14. When we receive your completed application and references, we will contact you no later than MAY 14 as to whether a position is available for you. We will then send you a Staff Contract for you to sign along with information about when to arrive and what to bring. Upon our receipt of your signed Staff Contract, you will be considered a member of the Circle C Ranch Awesome Summer Staff! We look forward to hearing from you soon.
